A. INTERPRETATION
Free port (English: Free port) is a port that is freed from customs control by the government for special reasons. Free ports do not include taxes for a country. Ships from any country may enter and trade without entry and exit fees. If goods cross the free border into the interior, then they are subject to customs and excise.
